END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Last Updated: April 30, 2026

  1. LICENSE GRANT RetroMines (the “Application”) hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this software on your mobile device strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is granted to you, the user, and does not involve the transfer of any ownership rights or the provision of source code.

  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Application, including but not limited to all source code, UI design, retro-style graphics, logos, and game mechanics, is the proprietary property of the developer. You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application.

Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

  1. NON-CUSTODIAL & BLOCKCHAIN DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) RetroMines is a non-custodial software tool that integrates with the Solana blockchain.

No Access to Funds: The developer does not have access to, nor stores, your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. All interactions are handled through the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrases. If you lose access to your keys, the developer cannot recover your funds.

No Liability: The developer shall not be liable for any loss of digital assets resulting from user error (e.g., forgotten passwords, transactions sent to wrong addresses), network failures, or blockchain-related technical issues.

  1. GAMEPLAY & LEADERBOARD DATA Local Storage: Game progress and best times are stored locally on your device and associated with your provided wallet address.

Accuracy: While the developer strives for technical accuracy, the Application is provided “as-is.” You acknowledge that the “Retro” aesthetic and rendering may involve specific UI behaviors designed for stylistic consistency.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISEMENTS The Application may interact with third-party decentralized protocols, RPC nodes, or Google Mobile Ads.

No Endorsement: The developer does not control and is not responsible for the performance or privacy practices of these third-party providers.

Advertisements: By using the Application, you agree to the display of advertisements served through third-party SDKs.

  1. USAGE RESTRICTIONS You agree to use the Application only for legal purposes. Any use of the Application to engage in fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or unauthorized modification of game data to influence Leaderboards will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

8.TRANSACTION FEES (GAS FEES) You acknowledge that all transactions performed on the Solana blockchain through the Application incur network fees (“Gas Fees”). Responsibility: These fees are paid directly to the network and are the sole responsibility of the user.

Non-Refundable: The developer does not receive these fees and cannot refund any gas fees paid to the blockchain, regardless of the transaction outcome.

  1. TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated by you or the developer. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
