RetroMines: Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

  1. DECENTRALIZED & NON-CUSTODIAL ARCHITECTURE RetroMines is a decentralized application (dApp) built on the Solana Blockchain.

Non-Custodial Security: We NEVER access, solicit, or store your private keys or seed phrases. Your security is managed entirely by your chosen wallet provider via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

Decentralized Interaction: Most game state interactions, including leaderboard record binding, occur directly through the blockchain or local storage.

  1. DATA MINIMIZATION & “ZERO-REGULATED DATA” PLEDGE In strict compliance with global dApp publisher policies, we operate on a Zero-Knowledge principle:

No Regulated Data Collection: We do NOT collect, access, or store: Social Security numbers, government IDs, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation data, or financial account credentials.

No PII (Personally Identifiable Information): We do NOT collect names, phone numbers, or any data revealing protected characteristics.

Public Blockchain Data: We only interact with your public wallet address to verify balances and record game scores. This data is publicly available on the blockchain.

  1. LOCAL STORAGE & COOKIES AsyncStorage: The Application uses AsyncStorage to store game progress, retro-style UI settings, and best times locally on your device to ensure a seamless offline experience.

  2. AGE RESTRICTION Minimum Age: By using RetroMines, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any data from individuals under 18.

  3. USER RIGHTS & DATA DELETION Data Control: Since we do not maintain centralized accounts, “deleting an account” is achieved by disconnecting your wallet and clearing the application cache/data from your device settings.

  4. ADVERTISEMENTS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Google Mobile Ads: We integrate Google Mobile Ads to support the development of RetroMines. Third-party providers may use non-PII identifiers to serve ads.

  5. GLOBAL ACCESSIBILITY & LANGUAGES Language Support: RetroMines supports 8 languages. To ensure legal consistency, English is the primary language.
