Terms of Service for RetroMines RetroMines Last Updated: April 30, 2026

Welcome to RetroMines. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the developers of RetroMines. By accessing, downloading, or using the RetroMines mobile application (package: com.crypto.retromines), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES RetroMines provides a retro-style Minesweeper gaming interface interacting with the Solana blockchain ecosystem, including wallet integration via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, leaderboard record binding, and local game state management.

  2. USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES By using the application, you represent and warrant that:

Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and recovery phrases. We never store or have access to your private keys.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The “RetroMines” name, logo, retro-style UI design, and all proprietary code (including modifications based on the RetroMines V1.0.0 and updated version) are protected by intellectual property laws.

  2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code, bypass security protocols, or create unauthorized clones of the application.

System Interference: You shall not interfere with the security protections or advertising displays (Google Mobile Ads) of the application.

Cheating: Engaging in activity that manipulates game logic to unfairly influence the Leaderboards.

  1. FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER & TRANSACTION FINALITY / (IMPORTANT) Market Risk: Interaction with digital assets (e.g., SOL or tokens) involves high volatility and risk of loss.

Transaction Finality: All on-chain transactions processed via the Solana network are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, or refund any transaction.

Non-Refundable Policy: Any interaction involving the permanent unlocking of features is non-refundable.

  1. GLOBAL ACCESSIBILITY & LANGUAGES RetroMines officially supports 8 languages, including English.

Language Ranking: To maintain legal consistency, English is ranked first in all documentation and lists.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The developers shall not be liable for loss of digital assets due to user error (e.g., losing private keys) or technical failures of the Solana network and third-party RPC nodes.
